Coupon terms
We use coupons for specific, time-bound or account-based offers. The checkout always validates the coupon on our server before PayFast opens, so the displayed saving and final total remain accurate.

- Signed-in customers with no previous paid HAP order
- Usage
- Once per eligible account, on the first paid order

- Cannot be combined with another coupon
General coupon terms
- A coupon is a code or account-bound offer that reduces an eligible order at checkout.
- Only one coupon may be applied to an order. Coupons cannot be combined or stacked.
- A coupon does not have cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or applied after payment.
- Minimum order values are calculated on eligible merchandise before the coupon discount.
- Delivery, stock, product eligibility and payment requirements still apply.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the coupon is not automatically reissued. Contact support if the failure was caused by HAP Exclusives.
- Misuse, duplicate accounts, automated claims or fraudulent activity may result in a coupon being refused or withdrawn.
