Our role
HAP Exclusives publishes the customer-facing catalogue, sets the ZAR selling price, accepts orders through PayFast, coordinates fulfilment, and provides customer support. Customers buy from HAP Exclusives rather than from an open group of marketplace sellers.
How products are fulfilled
Many products are sourced after an order is placed from TVCMall or another disclosed third-party supplier catalogue. Eligible listings are published only when our system has the required product data and a confirmed YunExpress duty-paid route for South Africa. Supplier stock, specifications and logistics can still change, so checkout performs another server-side check before payment.
Clear pricing and support
Prices are shown in South African rand. Products marked “delivery and import costs included” include the eligible DDP delivery component described on the listing. If HAP Exclusives cannot fulfil a paid order, we contact the customer and arrange an appropriate remedy or refund.
A separate seller service
HAP Exclusives also offers an independent service for Takealot sellers. That service is separate from the consumer shop, and HAP Exclusives is not affiliated with or endorsed by Takealot. Read more on the seller services page.
